  • How much are the transport costs?

For all orders with a taxable amount of less than € 300.00, the shipping costs are set at € 9.90.
If the taxable amount exceeds € 300.00, transport is free.

  • How long does the delivery take?

Delivery is made in about 72 hours throughout Italy by express courier.
Islands and disadvantaged areas can undergo variable delivery times.

  • What happens if no one is home at the delivery?

If the courier in charge of delivering the goods at home does not find anyone, he leaves a notice of non-delivery and tries to return the goods the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order is placed in storage at the local branch.   • How many days do I have to withdraw from the purchase?
